Dr. Gilbert A. Ang’ana is a social scientist at the core. His role entails Thinking, Acting, and Influencing leadership and governance discourse and practice in Africa and Globally. As a Leadership, Governance and Policy Advisor, Researcher, Teacher, and Author, he is passionate about transforming leaders and organizations to achieve sustainable growth and impact through teaching and coaching. With close to two decades of experience in leadership and governance in corporate leadership, community leadership, and now in consulting and academia, his focus is on enabling leaders to influence beyond positional authority.
