Description

This is a collection of poems inspired by the author’s intimate journey of faith. The journey explores the themes of safety, faith, friendship and worship. All these themes are an expression of her utmost dependence on the Shepherd who waits patiently for us to come back home. The assurance of the Shepherd’s presence in our lives is beautifully captured in these words:

“… As He carried me down-hill

To the green pastures below

I quietly thanked Him.

Over the many years

He had patiently waited

For my return.

He had silently watched me.

He had softly called out my name

Knowing that one day

I would come back home …”
