In the Blink of an Eye brings this prophecy home, following the lives of seven ordinary Kenyans through the extraordinary events of a single evening – from sunset to 11:50 p.m – on the ‘night’ the Rapture unfolds.

Among others, we get to meet the hapless but lovable Javan, a.k.a “Tops” – a thirty-something man still living with his parents due to a devastating addiction to gambling; Dan and Kahaki whose crumbling “situationship” takes a devastating toll on little Joy, their six-year-old daughter; Larry “KK”, an aggressive millionaire and owner of the betting app that is ruining Tops’ life; Kez – KK’s sharp-tongued wife, and Leila and Nicky, their traumatized children.
