Description
John 6:12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
The people had already eaten a heavy meal and as much as they desired yet the Lord was still interested in the little fragments of the whole that had remained. His concern was that there would be no loss. There are times the Lord moves upon us in a mighty way and we receive the big loaves (revelations, insights, instructions and commands) that He gives us and we are filled/satisfied/strengthened by the same. However there is a tendency in us when we have eaten of the big loaves to leave the small fragments that broke off from the big loaves as if they do not matter any more. According to Jesus the small fragments are just as important as the big loaves and that is the kind of mindset we need to adapt. Put in another way the small revelations are just as important as those we seems to call big revelations. The reason is because both have come from the same loaf that Jesus blessed. The small fragments are just as blessed as the big ones because both received the same command and blessing from the mouth of the Lord.
It is in view of these words, “Gather up the fragments” that I have decided to gather some of the fragments/pieces of revelation that broke off for me as I was eating from the big loaf (the Word of God). The command “that nothing be lost” should be to us as vital as it was to the disciples then.
What we may easily consider as small, fragmented and insignificant because of the abundance we have already received and partaken might just be the very food our neighbour is longing, praying and believing God for.
It is my prayer therefore that God would heal, adjust, refresh, direct and impart your life through the twelve baskets (revelations) that have been gathered in this particular volume.
I encourage you to dowload, read and be blessed.
