The Word of God is the water, lamp and light in your path. (Psm119:105 : Eph5:26-27 : 2 Cor7:1)

“I testify of a believer who had explosive anger and used to beat his wife without any provocation. I was a new believer and had no knowledge of the bible, though by God’s grace I read from Genesis to Revelation, in my first year of salvation, the Good News version which was easy reading as well as easy to understand. When the man told me of his explosive anger the Holy Spirit quickened me to prescribe to him to read ten chapters daily.

Without my knowledge, the man faithfully obeyed for about three months. I have no idea how he did it. When I met him and could not even remember him, he said excitedly: “it worked!”. On asking him what, he said that after following the instruction, he was no longer angry and had changed!
