Biblical Word Studies is a series of studies that endeavours to look at certain words or topics as they appear in the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation and glean understanding, knowledge and wisdom from studying those scriptures.

I have come to discover from my study of the scriptures, that the desire of God is to first build a believer in the knowledge of the word before He can give that believer any inheritance in that very area God desires to release the inheritance.

Acts 20:32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

It is the desire of God that every believer be built up on His word and then get the inheritance that very word grants.

Any believer who desires to inherit divine health, needs to be first built on the word of divine health. Any believer who desires to inherit divine wealth, needs to be first built on the word of God that deals with that subject matter and so on to any other topic.

Remember it is Jesus who kept saying “According to your faith, let it be done to you”.

The study of the word of God on any subject will give the believer the necessary faith to be able to receive their inheritance in that very area they are studying on.
