Biblically, God has never used a leader whom he has not tested and proved worthy of his calling. We have the case of Moses whom God laid a plan on how he would be born and end up in the hands of pharaohs’ daughter. It wasn’t a coincidence for Moses to fall into the hands of this daughter! Therefore, anyone who has the calling of leadership should exercise patience, humility, tolerance and above all the fear of the Lord.
